FAMILY-RUN COMPANY
We started off small and modest: Maria Huber established the family business together with her husband. Today, the company forms part of the Swiss Bell Food Group. But on a day-to-day level, the next generation, Hannes and Sylvia, is managing the business with their heart and soul.

Down-to-earth and local: that’s what the whole Innviertel is like, and especially Huber’s Landhendl. This isn’t a place for long corridors or unapproachable bosses. Instead, we use first names, and your line manager will quickly integrate you into the team.

Not surprising: with around a thousand employees, all rungs on the career ladder are open to you. It is not at all unusual at Hubers Landhendl for a former apprentice to end up in charge of the whole Purchasing department, or for a Production employee to be managing shifts. The Bell Food Group offers many international career opportunities as well.
